A warehouse supervisor in a high-visibility vest recording a voice report on his phone

The problem

Field and floor teams reported through a mix of paper forms, chat messages, and end-of-shift summaries. Reports arrived late and incomplete, someone had to re-type them, and managers only saw what happened on the ground a day later.

A mobile-first operations system for field environments. Voice-driven reporting, automatic transcription, and live analytics replace scattered chat threads and delayed paperwork, giving teams one app for daily execution and visibility.

How it works

A supervisor finishes an inspection and records a short voice note. The app transcribes it, files it against the right site and task, and updates the dashboard. The operations manager sees the report, and any alert it raised, within minutes rather than the next morning.

Manual work removed

  • Paper forms and end-of-shift write-ups
  • Re-typing reports from chat threads into a system
  • Waiting a day for managers to see what happened on the ground
